Aurora Tower rises 42 stories above Midtown Manhattan, its crystalline facade reflecting the ever-changing moods of the New York sky. The tower's form was sculpted through extensive wind and light analysis, resulting in a gentle twist that reduces wind loads while maximizing natural daylight penetration to every floor. The lobby features a triple-height atrium with a living green wall that spans all three levels, introducing biophilic design principles from the moment of entry. Flexible floor plates accommodate everything from open-plan tech companies to traditional corporate suites. A sky garden on the 30th floor provides a communal oasis with 360-degree views of the city, while the rooftop terrace hosts a curated sculpture garden. The building achieved LEED Platinum certification through its advanced energy systems, including a co-generation plant and intelligent building management system.
